Eversale offers a hassle-free return policy for customer satisfaction. Within 30 days of purchase, customers can request a return or exchange of any unused and undamaged products. To initiate the return process, customers can contact our customer support team or submit a return request online. Once the return is approved, customers will receive further instructions on packaging and shipping the item back to our warehouse. Upon receipt, a refund or exchanged item will be processed promptly. Please note that certain products may have specific return guidelines depending on their nature, such as software licenses or personalized items. Eversale values its customers and strives to ensure their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable by providing a flexible return policy.
