Our return policy at Ergoindemand.com allows customers to return eligible products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. A restocking fee of 15% may apply for non-defective returns. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer support team or submit a return request through their online account.
