Our return policy at EquestrianCollections.com allows for hassle-free returns within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are personalized or final sale are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
