What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on customized items, earrings, or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Returns can be initiated online by filling out a return request form on our website. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
