Our return policy at Elizabetharden.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our customer service team and they will guide you through the return process. Please note that all returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Once we receive the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. However, please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.
