What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Eliteappliance.com allows customers to return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all the accessories and documentation. We offer free return shipping for items that were received damaged or defective. Returns for reasons other than damage or defects may incur a restocking fee. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that certain items, such as special orders, clearance items, and used products, are not eligible for return.
