What is Elite Motors' return policy?

Elite Motors has a customer-focused return policy that ensures satisfaction and peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly inspect it and initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping fees. At Elite Motors, we strive for customer satisfaction, and our return policy is designed to provide a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
