What is Electrique Boutique's return policy?

Electrique Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To initiate the return process, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service team. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. The returned item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Electrique Boutique does not accept returns on lingerie, hosiery, or clearance items, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
