What is the return policy?

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange. The product(s) must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. We do require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, for all returns. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. However, please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Certain restrictions apply to custom-built, personalized, or pre-owned items.
