Our return policy allows customers to return any unused or defective items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or arrives damaged. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please note that certain products, such as personalized items or intimate apparel, are not eligible for return.
