What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Ecko Unltd. is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or visit one of our retail stores. If the return is approved, you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment within a reasonable time frame. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
