Can I cancel my cab booking?
Yes, you can cancel your cab booking with Easy Cab. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility for our customers. To cancel your booking, simply log into your Easy Cab account and navigate to the 'My Bookings' section. Find the relevant booking and click on the cancel option. Please note that cancellation fees may apply, depending on the time of cancellation. If you cancel within a specified time frame, you may be able to receive a full or partial refund. However, if you cancel too close to the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee may be deducted from your refund amount.
