Yes, you can return or exchange a product purchased from Earnestsewn.com. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the product. Make sure the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return or exchange promptly. If you choose to return the item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
