Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order has been placed with ELK Lighting, cancellation or modification is subject to certain conditions. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, cancellations or modifications can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, it is unlikely that changes or cancellations can be accommodated due to our efficient order processing system. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase. However, if you still need to make any changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. They will do their best to assist you, but please note that there is no guarantee of cancellation or modification. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
