Our return policy at E4hats.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that the item must be in its original condition with all original tags and packaging. To initiate a return, simply complete the return form provided with your order and send it back to us, along with the item. Once we receive the return, we will process it and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part. For further information or assistance with returns, feel free to contact our customer service team.
