Are there any restrictions on returns or exchanges?

At Duematernity.com, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. However, there are a few restrictions to keep in mind. All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, and they must be in unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel, swimwear, personalized items, or items marked as final sale. For items that qualify for returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid return label for your convenience.
