Our refund policy at Dotster guarantees a full refund if a cancellation is requested within 30 days of purchasing our services. This applies to any of our shared hosting, VPS hosting, or email hosting plans. However, this policy excludes domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and any additional services or products purchased along with the hosting plan. The refund process typically takes 7-10 business days.
