Our warranty policy at Donald J Pliner is designed to provide our customers with peace of mind and satisfaction. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. For regular priced items purchased on our website or in our stores, we offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, or any alterations made by unauthorized parties.
