Diamonds International offers a convenient and customer-friendly return policy for diamond purchases. We understand that sometimes circumstances change or preferences may differ, and we want to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your diamond purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. The diamond must be in its original condition and accompanied by all the original paperwork, including the diamond certificate. Once the return is received and approved, a full refund will be issued via the original method of payment. Please note that all custom-made jewelry and engraved items are non-refundable. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience and guarantee your contentment with your diamond purchase.
