What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Dhccare.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of the purchase date. We accept returns on all unused and unopened products with their original packaging intact. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process, and they will provide you with a return authorization number. Once the return is approved, you can send the item back to us using the carrier of your choice. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
