What is your return policy?

Design Within Reach's return policy is customer-friendly and hassle-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. However, please note that certain items, such as final sale or customized products, are not eligible for return. Return shipping fees may apply, and Design Within Reach will gladly assist with scheduling a pickup. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any applicable fees. In case of damaged or defective items, Design Within Reach is committed to providing a prompt resolution.
