Our return policy at Dereon.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this timeframe. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns on final sale or clearance items, as well as personalized or custom-made products. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange accordingly.
