Our return policy ensures customer satisfaction. Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your Delphiglass.com order, you may return the item for a refund or exchange. The product must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice and indicate the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or process an exchange promptly. Delphi Glass strives to provide excellent customer service and wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
