What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Deja Vu Home Furnishings Consignment ensures customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item. We kindly ask that the item is in its original condition and accompanied by the receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. However, please note that all sales of clearance items, as well as customized or special-order pieces, are final and not eligible for return. Additionally, any delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable. We value our customers' happiness and strive to make the return process as seamless as possible.
