Decorview offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization number and guide you through the process. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
