Our return policy at Dayspring.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date. We accept returns of all unused and unopened items in their original condition, with tags or packaging intact. However, personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions and assist you throughout the process. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
