Our return policy at Dashzracing.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging for a return to be accepted. We do not accept returns on products that have been modified or installed. Additionally, all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department with your order number and reason for return. Once the return is approved, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number with your returned item. For more details on our return policy, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page on our website.
