Can I return or exchange my jeans?

Yes, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for all our jeans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your jeans within 30 days of purchase. The jeans must be in their original condition with all tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team with your order information and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label or assist you with the exchange process. Please note that any shipping fees incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned jeans, we will issue a refund or send out the exchanged item promptly.
