Our return and exchange policy at Daddiesboardshop.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Skateboards, longboards, and customized items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any original shipping charges are non-refundable. We aim to process returns and exchanges promptly to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers.
