What is the return and exchange policy for custom dress shirts?

Our return and exchange policy ensures customer satisfaction and confidence in our custom dress shirts. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Custom dress shirts with personalized monograms or alterations are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. To process a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return/exchange. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us using a carrier of your choice. We will provide a full refund or ship a replacement promptly upon receiving the returned item.
