Our return policy at Cuddleskidsbedding.com aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We kindly ask that you include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
