Our return policy for grills at Csgrills.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for return, the grill must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We kindly request customers to contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except in the case of defective or damaged grills. Csgrills.com does not cover return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned grill, a refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe in the original form of payment. We strive to ensure a hassle-free return experience for our customers.
