What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Craftsburykids.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free returns. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. We will gladly replace or refund the item. For non-defective items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Returns made after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
