What is the process for exchanging a product?

To exchange a product from Crabapple Kids, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. Provide details of the item you wish to return and the reason for the exchange. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and upon receiving it back in its original condition, we will ship out the replacement item. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and any price differences will be either refunded or charged accordingly. We strive to make the exchange process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our customers.
