Our return policy allows customers to return any items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation. However, certain products are exempt from this policy, including custom-made or personalized items, final sale products, and clearance items. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. For returns, customers have the option to use our prepaid return label or arrange their own shipping method. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days, and exchanges are subject to product availability.
