At Cottonage.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, we have a straightforward and hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or damaged.
