Coolerdirect.com's return policy aims to provide customers with a hassle-free experience. Upon receiving a product, customers have 30 days to request a return for any reason. To initiate the process, customers must contact our customer service team with their order details. Our team will then provide a return authorization (RA) number and guide customers through the return process. Please note that all returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the RA number. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
