What is the warranty coverage for Continental tires?

Continental Tire offers a comprehensive warranty coverage for their tires. All Continental passenger and light truck tires come with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for up to six years from the date of purchase. The coverage includes free replacement during the first year or the first 2/32" of wear, whichever comes first. After the first year, the warranty provides prorated coverage for up to six years based on the remaining tread depth. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by road hazards, improper installation, or wear resulting from conditions such as misalignment or improper inflation.
