What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Cleanairrevolution.com allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging. Returns must also be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing the order number and reason for return. Once the return is approved, customers will be provided with a return shipping label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error.
