What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Classicshaving.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened items. However, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened shaving brushes, shaving creams, or aftershaves. To initiate a return, customers need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Once approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item. In case of damaged or defective items, we offer exchanges or full refunds, including shipping fees. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and work diligently to resolve any issues promptly.
