Our return policy at CinderellaWine.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a bottle of wine that is flawed or damaged, we are more than happy to accept a return. Simply contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the return process. To qualify for a return, the wine must be unopened and in its original condition. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for wines that you simply did not enjoy or had a change of heart about. Once we receive the returned item, we will provide you with a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible.
