Our return policy for christening gowns is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery. The gown must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order details. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions. Please note that personalized and custom-made gowns are not eligible for return, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
