At Childreninspiredesign.com, we strive for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is designed to make the process of returning items easy and hassle-free. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide you with store credit, depending on your preference.
