Our return policy at Cheapercoffee.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We accept returns on all unopened and unused products, as long as they are in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that returns are not accepted for coffee beans once they have been opened due to the nature of the product.
