To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened software, personalized products, or items damaged due to customer misuse. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
