Our return policy at CedarPC is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchases. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt for all products, during which customers may return items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging intact. Additionally, the return must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that any software, consumables, or items sold as "final sale" are non-returnable. All refund amounts will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
