Our return policy at Cartoys.com allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Additionally, a proof of purchase is required for all returns. Customers can choose between a full refund to their original payment method or store credit equivalent to the purchase price. However, some products such as car audio systems and custom installations may be subject to different return policies due to their nature. It is important to note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of a mistake on our end. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance or to initiate a return.
