Our return policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase made at CardsMadeEasy. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. In such cases, we kindly request that you provide photographic evidence when contacting our customer support team. We will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team via email or phone, providing your order details and a brief description of the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and assist you in resolving any concerns.
