What is the return policy for products?

Our return policy is designed to provide a hassle-free experience for our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on edible items unless they have been damaged during shipping. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. For more detailed information, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page on our website.
