Our return policy at Candlestomydoor.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. We accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or customized items cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
